These age-old clay pots are one of our favourite things to collect and we continue to return to them time and again. They are from Shanxi province in China’s northern countryside and distinctive of the region because of their form and deep charcoal colour. No two Shanxi pots will ever be the same and will always show slight variations in their finish and patina.
