Returns for Damaged Goods
Please check goods upon receipt and advise us if there are any issues immediately (within 24 hours of receiving). Please send a photo and details of product fault or damage, together with photos of packaging to email@example.com. Credits or replacements can be arranged for damaged or faulty goods on a case by case basis as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product. Once a return is approved we will arrange a pick-up where possible. In the event of minor damage to furniture (eg small dent or scratch) Magnolia Lane reserves the right to have the furniture repaired to original condition where appropriate and viable.
Please note that the majority of Magnolia Lane's products are made from natural materials which gives them a unique look and feel. Naturally occuring variances in the product such as wood knots , minor cracks in timber and colour variations are part of the character of the product and are not deemed as product faults.
Change of Mind Returns
Please choose your items carefully prior to purchase and feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to purchase.
We are happy to accept change of mind returns if we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Magnolia Lane may offer a credit voucher or exchange for change of mind returns. This exchange or credit voucher will not include shipping / return costs for exchanged items.
Should you wish to return the product for a refund then goods must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. Magnolia Lane will deduct the initial shipping cost plus a return shipping cost from your refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply if goods are not returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be made once we receive the returned item and are happy with it's condition.
* Special order items - most of our furniture range comes under "special order" (meaning we don't hold stock), so please check with us before purchasing and ensure you have read the full terms and conditions here.
* Dried + Preserved Plants - please refer to the terms and conditions found at bottom of our home page.
* No returns accepted for items acquired via any promotional sales
Magnolia Lane will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where
- The product is faulty or is not of reasonable accepted quality
- The product cannot perform the way promised
- The product is significantly different from the web description and image
- (You will require proof of purchase)
Cancellations of orders paid by Credit Card / Afterpay / Paypal / Zip Pay
Orders paid for by credit card that are subsequently cancelled will be charged a 3% cancellation fee so we can recoup the fees that we are charged by the credit card provider which are non refundable to us.
Aftperpay and Zippay are 6% and Paypal is 3%
We do not offer refunds for delays in shipment.
