Beach House Four Door Entertainment Unit | 200cm Oak & Rattan

A 200cm Oak Entertainment Unit for Coastal Living

The Beach House Four Door Entertainment Unit combines a generous 200cm width with the warmth of American oak and woven rattan. Its low, rectangular profile creates a focal point beneath a television, while the natural materials complement coastal and contemporary living rooms. At 40cm deep and 60cm high, it offers substantial storage without the depth of a larger cabinet.

American Oak, Natural Rattan and an Osmo Finish

The American oak construction brings visible grain and warm timber tones to the room, balanced by natural rattan door inserts. Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw is designed to retain the timber’s natural colour and finely sanded appearance. Pair these textures with linen upholstery, a neutral rug and simple ceramics for a relaxed living space.

Four Push-to-Open Doors for Concealed Storage

Four doors keep living room essentials behind a consistent woven frontage. Magnetic push-to-open catches remove the need for external handles, giving the unit a clean, understated appearance. Use the enclosed compartments for books, accessories and household items you prefer to keep out of view. Before planning to house media equipment inside, confirm the internal clearances, cable access and ventilation requirements with our team.

Choose the Right Proportions for Your Television

Whether your television is wall-mounted or sits on the cabinet, consider its width and position in relation to the 200cm unit for a balanced arrangement. If placing it on top, check that its stand or feet fit within the 200 × 40cm surface and follow the television manufacturer’s placement guidance.

Check the television manufacturer’s placement requirements, allow any required clearance, and measure delivery access before ordering.

Complete Your Beach House Living Room

Style the top with a table lamp and a few favourite objects, leaving room around your television. Browse our entertainment units to compare proportions and finishes, or coordinate with other Beach House pieces for a consistent timber and rattan palette.

Solid American Oak and Mindi veneer back panel. Natural rattan in doors.

Finish: Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw.

Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw is formulated to preserve the timber’s natural appearance. The supplier describes the finish as food-safe, free from biocides and preservatives, and resistant to everyday spills including coffee, tea, wine, fruit juice, milk and water. Wipe spills promptly; this does not make the furniture waterproof.

Natural timber varies in tone, grain, markings and texture, so each piece will have its own character. These natural differences mean your piece may vary from the photographs. Colours can also appear differently depending on your computer or device’s screen settings. Timber responds to changes in temperature and humidity; some movement or checking — small cracks as the timber expands and contracts — may develop over time.

Regular Cleaning

Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Wipe hard surfaces with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and acidic household cleaners. Do not soak the furniture or leave water standing on the surface.

Preventative Care

Wipe spills immediately. Use coasters, placemats and heat-resistant trivets beneath drinks and hot dishes. Place protective pads beneath decorative objects and lift items rather than dragging them across the surface.

Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, heaters and air-conditioning outlets. Maintain a reasonably stable indoor environment and lift the piece when moving it rather than dragging it.

Rattan and Finish Care

Gently remove dust from the woven doors with a soft brush. Avoid soaking the rattan. Do not apply oils, waxes or additional coatings without advice on compatibility with the Osmo finish. Follow the supplied safety and installation instructions.
