Beach House Six Door Sideboard | Natural

A 300cm Oak Sideboard for Dining and Living Spaces

The Beach House Six Door Sideboard in Natural combines a generous three-metre width with the warmth of American oak and woven rattan. Six rectangular door panels create a consistent frontage, while the raised timber base keeps the long silhouette visually light. Its natural palette suits coastal and contemporary interiors, whether used as a dining room buffet or a living room storage cabinet.

American Oak, Rattan and an Osmo Raw Finish

The oak construction brings visible grain and warm timber tones to the cabinet, balanced by natural rattan door inserts. Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw is designed to retain the timber’s natural colour and finely sanded appearance. The framed rectangular panels give this version a clean-lined character, providing an alternative to the curved detail of the arched Beach House designs.

Six Doors with Internal Shelving

Behind the six opening doors, a shelf across the middle provides two levels for organising tableware, serving pieces, folded linen, books and everyday household items. The enclosed storage helps keep the room organised while leaving the broad top available for a lamp, artwork or a small collection of decorative objects.

Considered Proportions for a Larger Room

Measuring W300 × D40 × H80cm, the cabinet offers substantial storage in a relatively shallow 40cm depth. Place it along a larger dining or living room wall and allow clear space in front for the doors to open. As it is supplied fully assembled, measure doorways, stairs, lifts and turning spaces carefully before ordering.

Complete Your Beach House Setting

Pair it with natural fabrics, ceramics and a table lamp to create a balanced display. Browse our sideboards and consoles for other proportions and finishes, or compare the six-door arched sideboard if you prefer curved door detailing.

Construction: Solid American oak with a Mindi veneer back panel.

Door Inserts: Natural woven rattan.

Finish: Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw.

Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw is formulated to preserve the timber’s natural appearance. The supplier describes the finish as food-safe, free from biocides and preservatives, and resistant to everyday spills including coffee, tea, wine, fruit juice, milk and water. Wipe spills promptly; this does not make the furniture waterproof.

Natural Material Variation

Timber and rattan naturally vary in tone, grain, markings, texture and weave, giving each piece its own character. Your sideboard may differ slightly from the photographs, and colours may appear different depending on your computer or device screen settings.

Solid timber responds to changes in moisture and temperature. Some movement or checking—small cracks that can develop as timber expands and contracts—may occur over time.

Regular Cleaning

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
• For light cleaning, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Clean spills as soon as they occur.
• Gently remove dust from the rattan weave with a soft brush. Avoid soaking the doors or leaving moisture on the timber.

Preventative Care

• Use coasters beneath drinks, heat-resistant protection beneath hot objects and protective pads beneath lamps and decorative pieces.
• Keep indoors and away from prolonged direct sunlight, heaters, air-conditioning outlets and excessive humidity.
• Avoid acidic household cleaners, bleach, solvents and abrasive pads, which can affect the finish.
• Do not apply oils, waxes or additional coatings without advice on compatibility with the existing Osmo finish.
• Lift with suitable assistance rather than dragging when repositioning. Follow the supplied installation and safety instructions.
