Beach Six Door Sideboard | Solid Oak & Rattan Curved Edge Buffet

A 300cm American Oak Buffet Sideboard

The Beach Six Door Sideboard combines the warmth of American oak with woven rattan doors and softly rounded ends. At three metres wide, this substantial buffet offers generous concealed storage for larger dining rooms and open-plan living spaces. Its handle-free frontage keeps the silhouette clean, while the natural materials bring texture to coastal interiors and contemporary homes.

Natural Oak, Rattan and an Osmo Raw Finish

The solid American oak construction is complemented by natural rattan door panels, creating a balance of timber grain and woven detail. Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw helps retain the oak’s natural-looking colour and provides a protective finish for everyday living. Construction and finish details are set out in the Materials section below.

Six Doors with Flexible Concealed Storage

Six push-to-open doors provide access without visible handles. Adjustable shelves in the centre sections allow you to arrange dinnerware, glassware and table linen to suit your needs, while fixed shelves in the curved end compartments provide additional storage. Magnetic push-latch hardware holds the doors closed.

Use the broad top to display a lamp, artwork and a few sculptural objects, leaving some open surface to balance the sideboard’s generous proportions. For a cohesive living area, pair it with the matching Beach 300cm curved oak entertainment unit.

Measuring 300cm wide, 45cm deep and 82cm high, the sideboard is supplied fully assembled and weighs approximately 93kg. Finish

Finished in Osmo Polyx Oil 3044 Raw, designed to retain the timber’s natural-looking colour. Osmo Polyx Oil contains no biocides or preservatives and is food safe once cured. The finish resists everyday spills including coffee, tea, wine, fruit juice, milk and water; wipe spills away promptly.

Natural Variations

Natural differences in timber tone, grain and rattan weave give each sideboard its own character. Your piece may vary from the photographs, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Solid timber responds to changes in moisture and temperature. Some movement or checking—small cracks that develop as timber expands and contracts—may occur over time.

Assembly

Supplied fully assembled. Follow the supplied installation and safety instructions before use, and refer to the Safety Warning accordion.

Timber and Finish

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. When needed, wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Do not leave water or spills sitting on the surface.

Avoid acidic, abrasive or harsh household cleaners, scouring pads and solvent-based products that may damage the finish. Use coasters, placemats and trivets beneath drinks, warm items and decorative objects; do not place hot items directly on the timber.

Rattan Doors

Remove dust gently with a soft brush or a vacuum fitted with a soft brush attachment on low suction. Avoid soaking the weave or applying pressure to the rattan panels. If wiping is needed, use a barely damp cloth and allow the area to dry.

Placement and Handling

Keep away from direct sunlight and concentrated heat sources. Maintain a reasonably stable indoor environment to help limit timber movement. Lift objects rather than dragging them across the top, and use protective pads beneath accessories.

Arrange suitable assistance when moving this heavy piece. Follow the supplied safety and installation instructions.
