Benji Entertainment Unit

A 200cm Teak Entertainment Unit

The Benji Entertainment Unit combines a two-metre-wide cabinet with the warmth of solid teak and a natural matte clear-coat finish. Its four timber doors create a calm, continuous front, while paired semicircular pulls form two distinctive circular handles. An open, raised base lightens the overall silhouette and balances the enclosed storage above.

The simple lines make Benji easy to introduce into an existing living room. Natural grain brings texture without a decorative pattern, working comfortably alongside linen upholstery, woven rugs and understated accessories.

Four-Door Storage for a Considered Living Space

Four doors open to compartments without internal shelves, providing enclosed storage for books, remotes and other living-room essentials. Keeping smaller items behind the doors leaves the long top available for a television setup or a restrained arrangement of lamps, ceramics and artwork.

A countersunk rear design provides space for connected power cords, helping the cabinet sit closer to the wall. Before placing equipment inside, check its dimensions and ventilation requirements; leave the clearances recommended by the device manufacturer.

Style Beneath a Wall-Mounted Television

Benji works as a grounding piece beneath a wall-mounted screen, where its warm timber and long proportions balance the technology above. Keep accessories to one side or vary their heights, leaving enough open surface for the arrangement to feel relaxed.

If your television sits directly on the unit, compare its stand or feet with the 200 × 45cm top and follow the television manufacturer’s placement and load requirements. Our entertainment unit size guide can help you assess scale and layout.

Natural Timber for Coastal and Contemporary Interiors

The natural finish suits coastal and contemporary rooms, pairing easily with pale walls or darker accents. Benji is supplied fully assembled for indoor use. Measure doorways, lifts, stairs and turning spaces before ordering, and allow enough room in front for the cabinet doors to open.

Construction: Solid teak timber.

Colour & Finish: Natural teak with a matte clear coat. The timber is finely sanded and finished with a clear water-based coating.

Storage & Design: Four doors, paired semicircular timber pulls, a raised open base and a countersunk rear design for power-cord clearance.

Please note: Natural timber varies in tone, grain, markings and texture, giving each unit its own character. Your piece may differ from the photographs, and colours may appear differently depending on your computer or device’s screen settings. Timber responds to temperature and humidity changes; some movement or checking (small cracks that can develop as timber expands and contracts) may occur over time.

Regular Cleaning

Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Wipe hard surfaces with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and acidic household cleaners. Do not soak the furniture or leave water standing on the surface.

Preventative Care

Wipe spills immediately. Use coasters, placemats and heat-resistant trivets beneath drinks and hot dishes. Place protective pads beneath decorative objects and lift items rather than dragging them across the surface.

Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, heaters and air-conditioning outlets. Maintain a reasonably stable indoor environment and lift the piece when moving it rather than dragging it.
