Regular Maintenance

Cleaning
Clean the surface periodically using a soft damp cloth and a mild, pH-balanced, non-abrasive cleaner suitable for delicate finishes. Avoid abrasive, acidic or harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the microcement finish. After cleaning, wipe the surface with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Stain Removal
Clean spills immediately, particularly substances such as red wine, coffee, oils and coloured liquids. Prompt attention will help prevent staining and preserve the appearance of the finish. Use a soft cloth and mild soap where required.

Preventing Damage

Protect from Heat
Do not place hot cookware, serving dishes or heated appliances directly onto the surface. Always use trivets, coasters or heat-resistant pads to protect the table from heat damage.

Protect from Direct Sunlight
Extended exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading or changes to the finish over time. We recommend positioning the table away from prolonged direct sunlight or using window coverings to minimise UV exposure.

Avoid Scratches and Impact
Although durable, microcement surfaces can be damaged by sharp objects or heavy impacts. We recommend using protective pads beneath decorative objects and avoiding dragging items across the surface.
