Benji Four Door Sideboard

A 2m Teak Sideboard for Dining and Living Spaces

The Benji Four Door Sideboard brings generous enclosed storage and the warmth of natural teak to dining rooms, living areas and spacious entries. At 200cm wide, it creates a substantial base beneath artwork or a mirror, while its raised timber frame leaves an open line beneath the cabinet. Four doors and paired semicircular timber handles give the front a balanced, understated appearance.

Solid Teak with a Natural Matte Finish

Made from solid teak with a finely sanded surface and matte clear coat, Benji highlights the timber’s grain without a glossy appearance. Its warm natural colour works beautifully with linen upholstery, woven textures and pale walls in a coastal interior. The simple cabinet shape also sits comfortably alongside contemporary furniture, bringing a softer timber element to rooms with stone, glass or metal finishes.

Four Doors with Fixed Shelves

The four-door layout opens to compartments with fixed shelves for organising serving pieces, table linen and everyday dining essentials. Keeping these items behind closed doors helps maintain a calm, uncluttered setting, while the broad top provides space for a lamp and a considered arrangement of decorative objects. Check the size of larger platters or appliances with our team before ordering if they need to fit inside.

Plan Your Placement and Delivery

Measuring 200cm wide, 46cm deep and 91cm high, this sideboard suits a generous wall where there is room to open the doors comfortably. Allow clear space between the cabinet and nearby dining chairs or walkways. It arrives fully assembled and weighs approximately 64kg, so measure doorways, lifts, stairs and turning spaces along the delivery route.

For a coordinated living area, pair it with the Benji Entertainment Unit. A personalised delivery quote can also include White Glove service options for unpacking, placement and packaging removal.

Solid Teak and Matte Clear Coat

Constructed from solid teak with a finely sanded surface. The natural colour is finished with a matte clear coat, allowing the timber grain to remain visible.

Natural Timber Characteristics

Natural teak varies in tone, grain and markings, giving each sideboard its own character. These variations may differ from those shown in the photographs, and colours may appear differently depending on your computer or device’s screen settings. Solid timber responds to changes in temperature and humidity; some movement or checking — small cracks that can develop as timber expands and contracts — may occur over time.

Regular Cleaning

Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Wipe hard surfaces with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and acidic household cleaners. Do not soak the furniture or leave water standing on the surface.

Preventative Care

Wipe spills immediately. Use coasters, placemats and heat-resistant trivets beneath drinks and hot dishes. Place protective pads beneath decorative objects and lift items rather than dragging them across the surface.

Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, heaters and air-conditioning outlets. Maintain a reasonably stable indoor environment and lift the piece when moving it rather than dragging it.
