Benji Six Door Sideboard

A 3m Teak Sideboard for Generous Living Spaces

The Benji Six Door Sideboard combines substantial dining storage with the warmth of natural teak. Its extended 300cm width creates a strong horizontal line along a large wall, making it a considered choice for open-plan living and dining rooms. Six doors and three pairs of semicircular timber handles give the front a balanced rhythm, while the open timber base lifts the cabinet visually.

Solid Teak with a Natural Matte Finish

Constructed from solid teak with a finely sanded surface and matte clear coat, Benji allows the timber’s grain and warm natural colour to remain the focus. Its simple silhouette works beautifully with linen, woven textures and pale upholstery in a coastal interior. For a contemporary setting, pair the natural timber with stone accents, restrained artwork and lighting with clean lines.

Six Doors with Fixed Shelves

Behind the six doors, compartments with fixed shelves provide space to organise table linen, serving pieces and household essentials. The enclosed design helps keep larger rooms looking calm and orderly, with everyday items stored close to the dining area. The long top also offers room for a lamp and decorative objects beneath a mirror or artwork. Contact us to confirm internal clearances if you need to store a particular platter, appliance or other larger item.

Plan Your Layout and Delivery Access

Measuring 300cm wide, 49cm deep and 91cm high, this sideboard needs a generous wall and enough room for its doors to open. Consider the space between the cabinet, dining chairs and main walkways when planning placement. It arrives fully assembled and weighs approximately 88.5kg, so check the complete delivery route, including doorways, stairs, lifts and turning spaces.

For a smaller room, the Benji Four Door Sideboard offers the same natural teak finish in a 200cm width. Ask us about a personalised delivery quote and White Glove placement options.

Solid Teak and Matte Clear Coat

Constructed from solid teak with a finely sanded surface and a natural matte clear coat. Shaped timber handles and a raised timber base complement the cabinet’s clean lines.

Natural Timber Characteristics

Natural teak varies in tone, grain and markings, giving each sideboard its own character. These variations may differ from those shown in the photographs, and colours may appear differently depending on your computer or device’s screen settings. Solid timber responds to changes in temperature and humidity; some movement or checking — small cracks that can develop as timber expands and contracts — may occur over time.

Regular Cleaning

Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Wipe hard surfaces with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and acidic household cleaners. Do not soak the furniture or leave water standing on the surface.

Preventative Care

Wipe spills immediately. Use coasters, placemats and heat-resistant trivets beneath drinks and hot dishes. Place protective pads beneath decorative objects and lift items rather than dragging them across the surface.

Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, heaters and air-conditioning outlets. Maintain a reasonably stable indoor environment and lift the piece when moving it rather than dragging it.
