Grange Dining Armchair | Natural with Timber Seat

Natural Oak with a Contemporary Silhouette

The Grange Dining Armchair in Natural with Timber Seat brings warm timber tones and an open frame to the dining room. Its shaped backrest, curved arms and slender legs create a refined outline, while the exposed timber seat gives the design a consistent material palette. The natural finish pairs easily with pale stone, painted surfaces and other timber furniture in contemporary interiors.

Solid American Oak Frame and Seat

Both the frame and seat are crafted from solid American oak, with a natural clear coat that allows the timber grain to remain visible. Rounded edges soften the chair’s appearance, while the curved backrest and arms give it character from the front, side and rear. With no fabric upholstery, the timber itself becomes the focus, complemented by the seat’s shaped profile and the frame’s clean proportions.

Check Arm Height Before Choosing Your Table

The chair measures 57cm wide, 56cm deep and 80cm high, with a 45cm seat height. Its arms measure 67cm high at the front. Check the clearance beneath your tabletop, including any apron, rails or supporting structure, before expecting the chair to tuck underneath. Allow for the position of table legs as well as the chair’s width when planning seating at the ends.

Plan a Comfortable Dining Arrangement

Use a matching set for a cohesive setting, or place armchairs at the table ends with armless chairs along the sides. Leave enough room between seats and behind each chair for diners to pull back and move around. Our dining table layout guide helps you work through the measurements before ordering.

Connect Your Kitchen and Dining Spaces

Continue the natural oak palette into your kitchen with the Grange Natural Backless Counter Stool. Keeping related timber tones across adjoining spaces can create continuity while leaving room for different shapes and textures. The dining armchair is sold individually and arrives fully assembled, ready for placement in your indoor dining area.

Natural Timber Character

Natural variations in timber tone, grain and markings give each chair individual character. These details may differ from those shown in the photographs, and colours may appear differently depending on lighting and your computer or device screen settings.

Solid timber responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Some movement and checking—small cracks that develop as timber expands and contracts—may occur over time.

Assembly

No Assembly Required. Sold individually. Tables and styling accessories are not included.

Regular Cleaning

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe marks with a lightly damp cloth, then dry promptly. Do not soak the timber or leave water on the seat, arms or frame. Blot spills as soon as they occur.

Avoid acidic household cleaners, harsh chemicals, solvents and abrasive pads, which can affect the finish.

Preventative Care

Keep indoors, away from prolonged direct sunlight, heaters and persistent moisture. Avoid hot, wet or abrasive objects on the timber. Do not apply oils, waxes or polishes unless confirmed suitable for the existing finish.

Lift the chair when moving it rather than dragging it. Fit floor protectors appropriate to your flooring and check them regularly for trapped grit. Use on a stable, level surface; avoid rocking on the rear legs or standing on the seat.
