Hamali Block Coffee Table | Natural Reclaimed Teak

A Square Reclaimed Teak Coffee Table with Natural Character

The Hamali Block Coffee Table by Uniqwa Collections brings the texture of reclaimed teak into a clean, geometric form. Individually arranged timber blocks create a substantial square silhouette, with end grain across the top and varied grain along the sides. At 80cm wide and 36cm high, it sits comfortably at the centre of a relaxed lounge setting.

Handcrafted Timber with an Individual Finish

The natural finish reveals the timber’s knots, tonal variation, aged markings and surface texture. These differences make every Hamali table individual, giving the simple block design warmth and depth. Fine cracks, borer markings and irregularities are part of the reclaimed material’s character.

For Indoor and Undercover Outdoor Living

Use Hamali in a living room or a sheltered, well-ventilated outdoor lounge area. Keep it protected from direct rain, standing moisture and prolonged harsh sunlight. Pair its low profile with soft upholstery, woven textures and a restrained mix of accessories for a coastal, organic modern or rustic contemporary setting.

Material: Reclaimed teak, handcrafted from individually arranged timber blocks.

Colour & Finish: Natural; the finish highlights the reclaimed timber’s grain, texture and tonal variation.

Suitable For: Indoor and undercover outdoor use.

Natural Timber Variation

No two tables are alike. Reclaimed teak naturally varies in tone, grain, knots, markings and texture. Borer markings, darker patches, cracks and surface irregularities can reflect the timber’s previous life and contribute to each piece’s individual appearance.

Your table will have its own timber character and may differ from the photographs. Colours may also appear different depending on your computer or device screen settings.

Solid timber responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Some movement and checking—small cracks that can develop as timber expands and contracts—may occur over time. Keep the table sheltered and well ventilated, and follow the care guidance to help protect its natural finish.

Overall: W80 × D80 × H36cm

Shape: Square

Approximate Product Weight: 85kg, as specified by Uniqwa Collections.

Check room layout and delivery access before ordering, allowing comfortable circulation around your seating. Due to the table’s weight, plan placement carefully and arrange suitable assistance when moving it.

Regular Cleaning

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush to remove debris from the grain and gaps between the timber blocks.
• For general cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild soap solution. Wipe in the direction of the grain and dry thoroughly afterwards.
• Clean spills promptly. Do not leave water, condensation or damp objects resting on the timber.

Preventative Care

• Place indoors or in a sheltered, well-ventilated undercover outdoor area. Protect from direct rain, prolonged moisture and harsh sunlight.
• Use coasters beneath drinks, placemats beneath serving pieces and suitable heat protection beneath warm objects.
• Use risers or protective pads beneath decorative pots and accessories. Check beneath them regularly for trapped moisture.
• Keep away from heaters, fireplaces and air-conditioning outlets. Avoid sudden changes in temperature and humidity.
• Lift with suitable assistance rather than dragging. Use floor protection appropriate to the surface beneath the table.

What to Avoid

• Do not soak, pressure wash or leave the table on damp flooring.
• Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and abrasive pads, which can damage or alter the surface.
• Oil is generally unnecessary for reclaimed teak. Avoid over-oiling, and seek advice before applying a treatment that could change the natural tone or aged finish.

What is the Hamali Block Coffee Table made from?

It is handcrafted from reclaimed teak, with individually arranged timber blocks and a natural finish.

What size is the table?

It measures W80 × D80 × H36cm overall. The tabletop has a square footprint.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, in a sheltered undercover outdoor area. Protect it from direct rain, prolonged moisture and harsh sunlight. It is also suitable for indoor use.

Will my table look exactly like the photographs?

Every table is individual. Grain, colour, knots, aged markings, cracks and surface texture vary naturally in reclaimed teak. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.

What is checking in timber?

Checking refers to small cracks that can develop as solid timber expands and contracts with changes in temperature and moisture. Reclaimed timber can have existing cracks and develop further natural character over time.

Does reclaimed teak need oiling?

Oil is generally unnecessary. Regular dusting, prompt spill cleaning and protection from moisture and heat help care for the table. Seek advice before applying oil or another treatment, as it can change the tone and finish.

Is White Glove Delivery available?

White Glove Delivery is available in selected areas and can include unpacking, assembly where required, placement and removal of packaging. Additional fees apply. Contact Magnolia Lane for current availability and a personalised delivery quote.
